CFCL Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement with SHINSEGAE INTERNATIONAL to Strengthen Strategic Expansion in Korea

Introduction
As Japan’s first truly global fashion brand, CFCL has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with SHINSEGAE INTERNATIONAL (SI), a key subsidiary of one of Korea’s most leading retail groups, the SHINSEGAE Group.
With South Korea rapidly emerging as a global hub for media influence, fashion leadership, and cultural transmission, the market represents not only a regional growth opportunity but also a critical platform for CFCL’s global brand strategy. Through this partnership, South Korea will become one of CFCL’s most strategic bases for international expansion.
Overview of the Partnership
Under the terms of the agreement, SI will act as CFCL’s strategic partner for sales, marketing, and public relations activities within the Korean market. This includes wholesale distribution, e-commerce, and retail development. Store rollout is currently planned for as early as the first half of 2026. If realized, this would mark CFCL’s first mono-brand store outside of Japan.
