CFCL to Open First Street-Level Store “CFCL OSAKA” at Grand Green Osaka
CFCL opened “CFCL OSAKA”, its first-ever street-level store, on Friday, March 21st, in the South Building of the Shops & Restaurants at Grand Green Osaka. Located in the Umekita area, this is CFCL’s largest store, carrying the full lineup of womenswear, menswear, kidswear, accessories, and fragrances. It’s also the first store to introduce “Personal Edition”, a newly launched made-to-order service available in-store.
The space, designed by MMA Inc., features a wide glass façade framed by soft light blue walls, with a deliberately narrow entrance that invites visitors into the world of CFCL, away from the outside cityscape. At the entrance, sound artist Miyu Hosoi presents a special installation composed solely of sounds recorded from CFCL’s production sites and the surrounding Umeda area, creating an immersive and anticipatory spatial transition. Once inside, visitors are greeted by an airy and spacious interior defined by minimal yet massive forms and delicate textures, echoing the brand’s vision of clothing for contemporary life.
The store includes spacious fitting rooms and large sofas, designed to create a comfortable and relaxed experience. At the center of the store is a flexible open space designed for future exhibitions and projects, allowing the brand to continue evolving and express new ideas.
Launched for the first time at CFCL OSAKA, Personal Edition is a custom-made service offering individually crafted garments tailored to fit the individual. Powered by CFCL’s proprietary 3D computer-knitting technology and its in-house knitting lab, the brand can offer personalized pieces that suit diverse personalities and needs. “Enchantment” will be available exclusively at CFCL OSAKA, and provides custom-made dresses for special occasions, crafted through in-depth communication. Each piece is knitted in the customer’s desired size and style to create a truly one-of-a-kind garment.
In celebration of the opening, exclusive items from CFCL’s signature “POTTERY” series will be available in-store. This new space is a place where you can fully experience the creativity and allure of CFCL.

2.5-meter tunnel-like entrance features a permanent sound installation by Miyu Hosoi. At the center of the store is a transformable space for seasonal exhibitions and events. The inaugural installation features 12 hat-shaped speakers by her.
With 4-meter-high ceilings and over 200 square meters of space, the store features movable racks that allow for flexible layouts based on product curation.
A showcase-integrated counter over 3 meters long beautifully displays accessories such as sunglasses and fragrances.
Four fitting rooms and two sofas create a calm and inviting atmosphere for a comfortable and relaxed shopping experience.
